The seminar on criminological representations in feature films was held for the fifth year during the winter semester at Panteion University, under the topic “Criminological representations in feature films and in the mass media V: Insecurities, moral panics and criminal policy”. The seminar is held in the framework of the collaboration among the Section of Criminology of the Departement of Sociology of Panteion University, under the scientific coordination of the Professor Ch. Zarafonitou, the Centre for Penal and Criminological Research of the Law School of the University of Athens, under the scientific coordination of the Professor N. Courakis, and the Centre for Sociological Studies of the T.E.I. of Messolonghi, under the scientific coordination of the Professor Ch. Tsouramanis.
